A real jamabandi carries a real family's names, holdings, shares, debts and disputes. Publishing one to teach from would expose people who never agreed to it, and no teaching benefit justifies that. Every specimen here is invented — the village, the names, the khasra numbers, the areas, the mortgage, the dates.
What is real is the structure and the reasoning. The fields are the fields you will meet, in roughly the order you will meet them, and the things flagged as dangerous are dangerous for the reasons given. When you have worked through these, get hold of an actual record and read it the same way.
