Village Land Guides — the belt, parcel by parcel

Zone pages tell you why a belt matters. These go one level down: the village, the parcels we actually hold documents for, and the exact steps to verify a khasra there yourself.

We publish a village page only where we hold documents on the ground. Each one lists what is on file, decodes the revenue land class written on those parcels, and sets out the Apna Khata and Bhunaksha route so you can check any khasra in that village without taking our word for it.

Don't see your village?

The belt has far more villages than we hold files for, and we would rather publish nothing than publish guesswork. Tell us the village and khasra you are looking at and we will check what is available — or if you own land there, list it and we will map it.

Buying here, the AgriZameen way

Gold only if the paper is clean. So we do three things, the same way every time — and we hand you the tools to check us.

Phulera ⇄ Jaipur≈ 55 km
Rupangarh ⇄ Kishangarh≈ 21 km

💧 Groundwater status

Per the March-2022 state assessment reported in the Rajasthan Assembly, 219 of 302 blocks in Rajasthan were categorised over-exploited — and Jaipur district had 16 over-exploited blocks, the most of any district. Treat this belt as a water-scarce zone: confirm the parcel's block category and test the actual borewell before valuing water into a purchase.

Source: state groundwater analysis (Mar 2022) as reported in the Assembly; national methodology: CGWB Dynamic GWRA. Category of an individual block can change with each assessment — verify current.

🚆 Rail & road anchors

New Phulera Junction is a key point on the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor; station and signalling works on the Phulera–Degana section featured in 2026 updates. NH-48 (Jaipur–Kishangarh six-laning sanctioned) anchors the southern edge, and the proposed Kotputli–Kishangarh expressway is reported to route via the Rupangarh–Nawa side.

💰 Cost floor (DLC) & terrain

DLC rates rose ~10% in April 2026, and a further revision was reported in May 2026 with highway- and RIICO-adjacent areas specifically flagged — exactly this belt's profile. Check the live rate on e-Panjiyan, then estimate charges with our calculator. Terrain: semi-arid plain around the Sambhar salt-lake basin (lake ≈ 360 m above sea level); land near the lake can be salt-affected — test soil/water for cultivation plans.

DLC: reported Udaipur Kiran, 12 May 2026. Elevation: published Sambhar Lake figure (approx.).

All figures indicative & dated as noted — AgriZameen is an independent platform, not a government body. Verify every number on the official portal / Tehsil before any decision; nothing here is legal, tax, or investment advice. Compiled July 2026.
