The 181 km, 6-lane Kotputli–Kishangarh greenfield expressway (₹6,906 cr) is routed via Nawa, Kuchaman, Khatu Shyam Ji, Naraina & Dudu — construction reported to have begun December 2025. Verify the current alignment officially before pricing it into any plot.

Dudu-tehsil agricultural land in Jaipur district — the short-lived Dudu district was merged back into Jaipur in December 2024. It's a hard-water, stressed groundwater belt, so a CGWB block check and an on-site bore test are non-negotiable here.
