What we check before listing anyone
- Legal existence. Registration, GSTIN where applicable, and a verifiable business address.
- Completed work. Photographs with locations, and at least two customers we can call ourselves.
- Written quotations. Providers who will not put scope, specification and price in writing are not listed.
- Warranty and service. What is covered, for how long, and who turns up when it fails.
- Site verification where the work is inside our focus belt and reasonably reachable.
