Independent, not a government app. AgriZameen is a private platform operated by Vision Global Ventures LLP. None of these apps is affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any land-records department. Records you read anywhere must still be verified on the official state portal (check the address bar reads .gov.in or .nic.in) and at the local Tehsil or Patwari office before you transact.

Walking a boundary and want the area: AgriZameen GPS. Converting bigha to hectare or acre: Land Converter. Measuring a plot on a map without going there: Land Map Toolkit. Looking for your state’s record portal: Land Records Hub. Working out a deal’s numbers: AgriBigha.
They work offline
The converter and the calculators need no connection at all. The GPS app needs a signal for satellite imagery and for place names, but measuring a boundary you have walked does not. Nothing you measure is uploaded anywhere unless you choose to share it.
What they will not do
None of these apps gives you a legal area, a title opinion or a valuation. An app measures what you walk or draw; the record is what the Tehsil holds. Where the two disagree, the record wins and a licensed advocate is the person to ask.
