About 18,000 new farm ponds and 8,000 diggis announced for the current year
Rajasthan has announced the construction of roughly 18,000 farm ponds and 8,000 diggis to raise water availability and irrigation capacity on farms, alongside subsidies for 50,000 agricultural machinery units during the current year. The announcement followed a meeting chaired by the Chief Minister, who directed the Agriculture Department to monitor implementation on the ground. Reported cost for the farm pond component is approximately ₹185 crore in the current financial year; 35,893 farm ponds are reported built over the preceding two and a half years against roughly ₹328 crore in subsidy, with per-pond assistance running from about ₹63,000 to ₹1,35,000 depending on category.

What it means for the belt: A pond on a parcel is a record question before it is a water question. Where one already exists, check whether it sits on the khasra being sold, whether the Girdawari and the map show it, and whether a subsidy with conditions attached was taken against it. 3,219 km of rural roads sanctioned under PMGSY phase four, 1,500 km targeted for 2026-27
Around 3,219 km of roads are to be constructed under the fourth phase of the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, of which 1,500 km is targeted for completion during 2026-27 and the remainder in the following year. Under the Atal Pragati Path Scheme, cement concrete roads are being built in rural areas with a population above 5,000, with officials directed to prioritise connectivity to schools, hospitals and other public institutions. Twenty-six satellite towns proposed around six Rajasthan cities — nine of them on our belt
The state announced a programme to develop 26 satellite towns around six major cities at a stated outlay of ₹18,000 crore. The Jaipur cluster as listed includes Phulera, Dudu, Chomu, Jobner, Bagru, Chaksu, Bassi, Shahpura and Dausa. The Sikar cluster includes Ringas, Shrimadhopur and Khatushyamji; the Ajmer cluster includes Kishangarh, Pushkar and Beawar; the Jodhpur cluster covers Pipar City, Bilara, Sojat and Balesar Satan.

What it means for the belt: This is the single most belt-relevant announcement we have logged, because it names Phulera, Dudu and Kishangarh outright rather than referring to a district. It is a programme announcement, not a sanctioned master plan — no boundary, no land-use map and no notification follows from a list of town names. Nothing here changes what a khasra is zoned as today, and nobody can tell you which side of a future boundary a plot falls on. Treat it as a reason to read the record carefully, not as a reason to pay a premium.

Jaipur–Ringas stretch of NH-52 proposed for six lanes; Shahpura bypass DPR cleared
A plan to widen the Jaipur–Ringas section of NH-52 from four lanes to six was reported, alongside a sanction of ₹2.30 crore for preparing the detailed project report for a proposed bypass at Shahpura. What it means for the belt: Ringas sits at the Khatu Shyam Ji end of the corridor, so six-laning would improve the northern approach. But a DPR sanction is money released to study a road, not to build one — alignment, land acquisition and award all come later, and alignments move between DPR and award more often than sellers admit. If someone is pricing a plot on a bypass alignment that only exists in a DPR brief, ask to see the notification. There isn't one yet.

The belt now crosses four districts — and most failed record searches are the wrong one
After Rajasthan’s December 2024 reorganisation to 41 districts, the areas we track sit in four different districts. Phulera, Sambhar, Naraina and Dudu are in Jaipur. Rupangarh is in Ajmer. Nawa is in Didwana-Kuchaman — created in August 2023 out of the old Nagaur district and retained in the cut-back. Khatu Shyam Ji and Ringas are in Sikar.

What it means for the belt: Unlike belts whose entire case is an announced project, Nawa has a present-day economy. That changes the downside case. It also means salt in the soil and often brackish groundwater — test salinity, pH and water quality on the parcel, and read the land-type column before assuming a field is farmland.

The proposed Kotputli–Kishangarh greenfield expressway is reported to terminate at the NH-48/NH-448 junction here. What it means for the belt: Convergence at a junction town is real, and Kishangarh already has an economy — the marble cluster, freight movement and Kishangarh Airport — that does not depend on any of these projects. But land priced as though all three corridors were built is priced on a scenario. Check the stage of each, then check the drive to an actual interchange.

What it means for the belt: This is the belt’s main southern approach. Ajmer Road (NH-48) via Dudu is how most buyers physically reach Sambhar and Phulera. Better road, easier access from both the Jaipur and Kishangarh ends — among the most directly relevant items on this page.

Jaipur Metro Phase-2 foundation laid; Phase-1D aims at Ajmer Road
The Prime Minister laid the foundation for Jaipur Metro Phase-2 in early July 2026 — a north–south corridor from Prahladpura to Todi Mod of roughly 41–43 km with 36 proposed stations, serving Sitapura Industrial Area, the airport, Tonk Road, SMS Hospital, the Collectorate, the railway station, Ambabari and Vidyadhar Nagar. Implementation is through Rajasthan Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (a 50:50 centre–state company). Separately, a March 2026 review covered Phase-1C (Badi Chaupar–Transport Nagar) and Phase-1D, extending the Pink Line from Mansarovar to the Ajmer Road crossing.

What it means for the belt: Ajmer Road is the gateway into Jaipur city from the Phulera–Sambhar–Dudu side. Metro reaching that crossing under Phase-1D would make daily commuting along this corridor materially easier — which is what turns weekend land into weekday land.

New Phulera Junction: a junction on the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor
The Western DFC is a roughly 1,500 km double-line electric freight corridor running from JNPT (Mumbai) to Dadri via Vadodara, Palanpur, Phulera and Rewari. On the 306 km Rewari–Madar section there are nine new DFC stations, of which only three are junctions — New Rewari, New Ateli and New Phulera. The first Ateli–Phulera segment (~190 km) opened on 15 August 2018; electric operation on Rewari–Madar has run since 7 January 2021. DFCCIL plans include multimodal logistics hub development and integration with the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor.

What it means for the belt: Phulera is no longer only a passenger junction — it is a node on the national freight network. DFC plus DMIC integration is the actual foundation under the warehousing and logistics land enquiries in this belt. This is the single most structural item here.

Government teams assessed land near Phulera for an industrial node and logistics park
After the Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit 2024, a senior team led by the Industries Department principal secretary and the RIICO managing director visited Manda, Phulera (near the Western DFC) and Bichun industrial areas on 30 December 2024 to test land suitability. Reports mentioned a roughly 67-hectare parcel at Baghawas village under discussion, and a plan to finalise around 200–250 hectares in total for logistics park and industrial areas. Note: this is assessment and planning-stage news, not a final sanction or notification.

What it means for the belt: A government team shortlisting Phulera on the strength of DFC proximity signals the direction of long-term land use here. It is not permission to assume anything about a specific khasra — for that, only a RIICO notification counts.

RIICO recovers over ₹100 crore in land-allotment dues
Between 1 April and 15 June 2026, RIICO recovered more than ₹100 crore in dues linked to allotted industrial plots — reportedly around ₹26 crore from the Bhiwadi-II unit office areas, about ₹14 crore from Jaipur areas, ₹12 crore from Neemrana and ₹8 crore from Sawai Madhopur. The money is to be spent on roads, water supply, power, drainage and green development across industrial areas.

Industrial corridors alongside highways: RIICO asks collectors to earmark land
RIICO issued a circular directing district collectors to identify and allot land for industrial corridors along the national highways and expressways passing through Rajasthan, with emphasis on upcoming expressways so land availability does not become the bottleneck. Reporting describes the approach as modelled on corridor development in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Haryana.

Sambhar Lake tourism: salt train, salt museum, caravan park
Sambhar Lake has featured in the Swadesh Darshan desert circuit. Government announcements over time have covered identifying new tourist points at the lake, reviving the historic salt train, and projects such as a salt museum, caravan park, cycle track and garden. Tent-city and eco-hospitality activity around the lake has also grown. Note: these announcements were made at different times; current implementation status should be confirmed with the Tourism Department or district administration.
