This is a teaching specimen, not a government form and not a real record.
Every name, khasra number, area, figure and village on this page is invented for teaching. It is not a reproduction of
any official form, it is not issued by or connected with any government department, and it must never be presented,
copied or relied on as a real document. Layouts of real records vary between districts, between older handwritten
registers and newer portal extracts, and between States. Use this to learn what the fields mean; then read an actual
record. AgriZameen is an independent private platform and is not a government body.
A conversion order is not a permanent, unconditional change of status. It is granted for a stated category, over a stated area, on stated conditions, with a time limit. Every one of those can fail. Invented data.

What to do with a real one
- Ask for the order itself. Never accept a summary.
- Read the area covered. Conversion frequently covers only part of a khasra.
- Read the category. It is granted for a stated purpose, not in general.
- Read the commencement time limit and compare it against today's date.
- Re-check the current master plan position, which may have moved since the order.
The lesson behind this specimen
L3-02 — Conversion under section 90-A teaches this document in full. The specimen is a place to practise; the lesson is the substance.
