Why this is separate from the course
यह कोर्स से अलग क्यों है
The seven levels of the Academy teach how to read a record, judge a parcel, assess a market and run a transaction. Those skills do not change when a quarterly index moves. Market statistics do change, constantly, and a curriculum with last year's figures baked into it becomes quietly wrong without anyone noticing.
So the two are kept apart. No lesson in the course quotes a market figure. Every figure in this section carries a named source, a date and a link, and can be updated or retired without touching a single lesson.

What this section will not do
यह क्या नहीं करेगा
- It will not tell you what any parcel is worth, or will be worth. Level 4 teaches you to work that out from evidence.
- It will not repeat locality growth claims we cannot trace to a verifiable source, however widely they circulate.
- It will not present projections as forecasts. Long-horizon numbers in this sector are statements of ambition.
- It will not pretend a dataset exists when it does not. There is no published index for agricultural land prices in a Rajasthan tehsil, and this section says so rather than filling the gap.
Government schemes are not in the curriculum, on purpose. Scheme amounts and deadlines change by notification, and a lesson that carries them goes stale silently. Central and state land schemes are kept as reference instead, with official portal links and the gaps marked, on our state-wise Sarkari Yojana hub.
