The claim
दावा — सरकारी सब्सिडी मिलेगी
You may hear it as “Government subsidies available” — in a brochure, a video or a sales call. Schemes do exist for farmers, so the claim sounds believable.
What it leaves out
जो नहीं बताया जाता
- Schemes have conditions — who can apply, for what, where, and until when. They change.
- A subsidy is given by the department that runs the scheme, to someone who qualifies — not by the seller.
- A seller cannot promise you a subsidy.
What to ask

- Which scheme exactly, and which department runs it?
- Who is eligible, and would I be?
- Is the scheme open now, and where is that written?
Ask for the answers in writing. A clear written answer is worth more than a confident spoken one.

- The scheme’s own current guidelines, from the department.
- Nothing from the seller counts as the scheme’s terms.
