What your land record is called, and where to get it
हर राज्य में ज़मीन का रिकॉर्ड अलग नाम से रखा जाता है — और अलग जगह मिलता है।
Rajasthan keeps a Jamabandi. Uttar Pradesh keeps a Khatauni. Maharashtra keeps Village Form 7. They are the same kind of document under different names, in different languages, with a different number of columns, obtained from a different website. This page lists them as the Ministry of Rural Development itself records them.
The record of rights, state by state
Name, number of fields and language are from the Glossary of Revenue Terms. The address is the one the Department of Land Resources itself lists. Where that address is wrong, broken or misleading, the row says so.

Four states have no online record at all
Arunachal Pradesh appears in neither source — no record format is listed for it and no portal exists. Meghalaya, Mizoram and Nagaland each have a defined format but no portal. The record exists on paper; only the online access is missing. Meghalaya and Mizoram can nonetheless register a deed online, so in those two states a transaction can be completed that cannot be verified.
Area units, with the law behind them
A bigha is not one size. These are the definitions the Glossary gives, each traced to the state’s own Act or manual. A state whose factor is not published there is not listed here.

Every state service, in one place
Land Records Hub was rejected by Google once over its outbound links — the review fetches them from outside India and marks state portals broken. The directory lives here instead, where an address can be corrected in a text edit rather than an app submission. The record-of-rights address is the one the Department of Land Resources lists; everything else is from AgriZameen's own curated table, which no government page covers.
