DLC क्या है · What a DLC rate actually is

District Level Committee rate — the minimum value the state will use to calculate stamp duty on a transfer. Register below it and duty is still charged on the DLC value.

DLC and what land actually sells for are two different numbers, and the gap between them varies enormously by belt. Neither one predicts the other.
यह एक गाँव के अंदर भी बदलता है · It varies within one village
Rural and urban are separate. Within the same village the rate differs by land class — irrigated, unirrigated, abadi, commercial. Reading the wrong row is the common mistake.
यह बिना सूचना बदलती है · It changes without notice
Revisions are issued by the state. A rate you noted six months ago may no longer be the one you will be charged on, so check it again close to registry.

- Open the Rajasthan e-Panjiyan portal — the registration and stamps department's own site.
- Go to the DLC rate / e-Value section.
- Choose district, then rural or urban, then tehsil and village.
- Read the rate against the correct land class — this is the step people get wrong.
- Note the date you checked it. If registry is weeks away, check again before you go.

हर ज़िले का लिंक वही आधिकारिक पोर्टल है। Every district here points at the same official portal, because that is where the selection is made. We do not build a separate address per district: e-Panjiyan renders its pages in the browser and its inner addresses are not stable, so hand-built links rot into dead ones.
