The story
Tarun Jain is the founder of AgriZameen, and the vision behind the platform grows directly out of a career built at the intersection of land, technology, and business growth. Over more than a decade, he has moved fluidly across real estate development, digital marketing, and IT — a rare combination that lets him see land not as an isolated asset, but as a complete system spanning ground realities, records, value, and the people who depend on it.
His deepest passion has always been agriculture and land. Having built and delivered residential and industrial land projects across Rajasthan and North India as Director of NDJ Colonisers, Tarun understands the Indian landowner's world from the inside — the questions of area, records, ownership, and worth that ordinary farmers and first-time buyers struggle to navigate. AgriZameen is his answer to that gap: a practical, made-for-Bharat platform that makes land information clear, accessible, and jargon-free.
Tarun pairs this on-ground expertise with strong technology capability. As co-founder of KAVTAR Technologies, a Delhi-based IT and marketing company, he has hands-on command of building digital products and systems — the same instinct that shapes AgriZameen's app-first, user-friendly approach. Through Extreme Business Solutions, the strategic marketing firm he founded, he has spent years helping businesses grow, sharpening a marketer's eye for what real users actually need and how to reach them.
A dynamic and compelling communicator, Tarun is a natural orator and marketer, equally at ease pitching a vision on stage as he is executing it in detail. His two years in London added a global outlook to a career already defined by ambition and range. Above all, he is a goal-driven achiever — someone who has consistently turned ideas into working businesses, and who now brings that same energy to making land and agriculture simpler and more transparent for every Indian.
An Electronics & Communications Engineering graduate of Rajasthan Technical University, Tarun blends technical rigour, entrepreneurial drive, and a genuine commitment to India's land and farming community at the heart of AgriZameen.

On the future of land in India
I have spent over a decade in real estate, and one belief has only grown stronger: in India, ज़मीन है असली सोना — land is real gold. It outlasts markets, inflation, and trends. But for most landowners, that gold is locked behind confusion — unclear records, scattered information, and language they were never meant to understand.
The future of agricultural land, to me, is not about land becoming more valuable. It already is. The future is about land becoming legible. Transparent records, verified boundaries, honest valuation, and information a farmer in a village can open on his own phone. Technology will not replace the land; it will finally let its owner see it clearly.
That is the future I am building toward. A landowner who knows exactly what he holds — its size, its record, its worth — negotiates from strength, not fear. When land information becomes clear and trustworthy for every Indian, ownership itself becomes fairer. That is the India AgriZameen exists to serve.
