The final Social Impact Assessment for the Kotputli–Kishangarh greenfield expressway, published by PWD in August 2026, covers a 95.4 km section in Jaipur district and records that 50 villages are affected. The names below are the ones our sources name. This is a partial list, not the full 50, and we would rather say so than pad it.

LGD and local usage differ — Naraina is filed as Narayana, Sambhar as Sambhar Lake, Rupangarh as Roopangarh — so a name here may not match the spelling on your own papers. We have not corrected any of them.

What this page deliberately does not tell you

No khasra numbers. No compensation figures. No per-village acreage. No land rates, and no statement that land near the alignment will rise or fall in value — nothing in the assessment supports one.

It also does not tell you whether your field is on the alignment. That is an official determination made from the notification and the survey, and it is not ours to make. If your village is named here, the useful next step is the Tehsil office or the district collectorate, with your own papers in hand.

What the assessment does say

The Jaipur district section runs 95.4 km of a 209.5 km total, access-controlled, with a 90 m right of way. Acquisition follows the Land Acquisition Act 2013, with special rehabilitation packages recommended for SC, ST and OBC families and at least three trees planted for each one felled. Nine entry and exit points are planned, one at the Deodhi–Harnathpura turn in Jobner, with underpasses roughly every 2 km for farmers crossing.

Earlier reporting gave the total as 181 km. The assessment gives 209.5 km. We publish both rather than choosing. See the Belt Project Register for the status of every corridor in this belt.

💧 Groundwater status

Per the March-2022 state assessment reported in the Rajasthan Assembly, 219 of 302 blocks in Rajasthan were categorised over-exploited — and Jaipur district had 16 over-exploited blocks, the most of any district. Treat this belt as a water-scarce zone: confirm the parcel's block category and test the actual borewell before valuing water into a purchase.

🚆 Rail & road anchors

New Phulera Junction is a key point on the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor; station and signalling works on the Phulera–Degana section featured in 2026 updates. NH-48 (Jaipur–Kishangarh six-laning sanctioned) anchors the southern edge, and the proposed Kotputli–Kishangarh expressway is reported to route via the Rupangarh–Nawa side.

💰 Cost floor (DLC) & terrain

DLC rates rose ~10% in April 2026, and a further revision was reported in May 2026 with highway- and RIICO-adjacent areas specifically flagged — exactly this belt's profile. Terrain: semi-arid plain around the Sambhar salt-lake basin (lake ≈ 360 m above sea level); land near the lake can be salt-affected — test soil/water for cultivation plans.
