What the desk does
Before you pay for land, you want the record in your hand — a certified copy, not a screenshot someone forwarded. Getting one means going to the tehsil, or knowing someone who does. The Document Desk does that part for you: our document writers and partners apply for the certified copy on your behalf.

Documents on the desk
- Certified copy of the jamabandi for a khata.
- Certified copy of the khasra girdawari.
- Certified copy of a mutation (namantaran) entry.
- Certified village map trace for a khasra.
- A Land History Report built from those copies, with a clear list of what it checks and what it does not.
Each shows its fee and delivery window once they are set. Until then it says Coming soon, and you can ask on WhatsApp — we reply within 24–48 hours.
How an order runs
- You choose the document and the village, and give the khasra number in a private form.
- You pay the fee shown, through a licensed payment gateway, when online payment is on.
- A document writer applies for the copy.
- You follow each step, with dates, in My orders, and download the copy there.
What it is not
It is not a government service, not a portal, and not instant. A certified copy shows what the record said on the day it was issued; it does not certify title or show disputes and charges recorded elsewhere. Read it with an advocate. Our guide to reading a jamabandi explains every column.
Your details
The khasra, khata and owner name you give are used only for your order, seen only by the people handling it, and deleted after the retention period in the order policy. You can ask for deletion sooner.
Questions
Are these copies from a government portal?
No. Our document writers and partners apply for certified copies on your behalf, the way anyone can at the tehsil. We do not fetch records from any portal.
When can I order online?
When a document shows its fee and delivery window on the desk. Until then it says Coming soon, and you can ask on WhatsApp.
What happens to my khasra number and other details?
They are used only to obtain your copy, seen only by the team member and the document writer handling it, never shown publicly, and deleted after the retention period — or sooner if you ask.
