A document can be ordered online only once its fee and delivery window are shown above. Until then it says “Coming soon” and you can ask on WhatsApp — We reply within 24–48 hours.
The delivery window is counted in working days (Monday to Saturday) from the day a document writer starts on your order. It is our target, set from experience; it is not a promise, because the copy is issued by the revenue office, whose own timing we do not control. If we miss it we tell you where your order stands.
2. What you receive · आपको क्या मिलता है
A certified copy as issued, scanned and made available to download from My orders. It shows what the record said on the day it was issued. It does not certify title, and it does not show disputes, charges or cases recorded elsewhere. Please verify at the tehsil and take a lawyer’s advice before any transaction.
3. Payment · भुगतान
Online payment is taken through a licensed payment gateway. AgriZameen never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details. A payment counts only when the gateway confirms it to us directly; if you are unsure whether a payment went through, do not pay again — check My orders or ask us.
4. Cancellations and refunds · रद्द करना और रिफ़ंड
Refunds follow the refund rule shown for the document in the table above, and are paid back to the same payment method through the gateway. Where no refund rule is shown, the document is not yet open for online payment. An order that has not been paid can be cancelled by asking us.
5. Your details · आपका डेटा
- What we ask for: the village, and for most documents the khasra number; optionally the khata number, the owner’s name as recorded and a note.
- Why: only to obtain the copy you asked for. We ask for your consent on the form.
- Who sees them: the team member handling your order and the document writer applying for the copy. They are never shown on a public page, put in a link, or sent in a WhatsApp message.
- How long: the land details and the delivered file are deleted 12 months after your order is delivered or cancelled. The order reference, dates and payment record stay, as accounting records.
- Deletion on request: ask us at any time and we delete them sooner (see the privacy policy). This follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
