What does Land History read?ज़मीन का इतिहास क्या पढ़ता है?
Every paper you add for one piece of land: jamabandis old and new, khasra girdawari, mutation (namantaran) entries, sale, gift, exchange and release deeds, agreements to sell, powers of attorney, wills, heirship and death papers, partition orders, mortgage and no-dues papers, conversion and allotment orders, court papers, the naksha and revenue receipts. It cannot see papers you did not add, read handwritten or blurred copies reliably, or know about deeds, cases or loans that are not in your papers. It reads words; it does not understand a paper the way a lawyer does. No. It is information and due diligence: software reads the papers and suggests; a person must check. It is not a legal record, a title certificate or legal advice. Does AgriZameen log in to government portals for me?क्या AgriZameen मेरे लिए सरकारी पोर्टल पर लॉग-इन करता है?
No. AgriZameen does not log in to, search or download from Apna Khata, Bhu-Naksha, e-Panjiyan or any other portal. The report lists the papers still needed and where to ask for each, with portal addresses as text to copy. What happens to my papers and my number?मेरे काग़ज़ और नंबर का क्या होता है?
The papers and the history are kept privately by AgriZameen until you ask us to delete them; your private report link works for 14 days. Your name and number are kept in AgriZameen's contact list, marked as having built a land history, until you ask us to remove them (WhatsApp or info@agrizameen.com). AgriZameen calls you only if you tick "you may call me". This history is put together by software from the papers you add. In a team-signed history a person on the AgriZameen team reads the papers, corrects what the software misread, and records their name and the date. Yes, at present. It shares Quick Land Check's daily limits: 3 checks or histories per mobile number a day, counted together. हाँ, अभी मुफ़्त है। इसकी दैनिक सीमा त्वरित जाँच के साथ साझा है: एक मोबाइल नंबर से दिन में कुल 3 जाँच या इतिहास।
How to useकैसे इस्तेमाल करें
- Pick the landज़मीन चुनें Pick the state, district, tehsil and village. The khasra and the name of the person offering the land are optional and kept private. राज्य, ज़िला, तहसील और गाँव चुनें। खसरा और बेचने वाले का नाम वैकल्पिक हैं और निजी रहते हैं।
- Add every paper you haveसभी काग़ज़ जोड़ें Old and new: jamabandis, mutations, deeds, agreements, loan papers. Tag each one. पुराने और नए: जमाबंदी, नामांतरण, विलेख, इक़रारनामे, क़र्ज़ के काग़ज़। हर एक का प्रकार चुनें।
- Retake any photo marked Retake"दोबारा लें" वाली फ़ोटो फिर लें A straight photo in daylight reads best. दिन की रोशनी में सीधी फ़ोटो सबसे अच्छी पढ़ी जाती है।
- Press Build the history"इतिहास बनाएँ" दबाएँ Enter your name and mobile in the pop-up and keep the page open while it builds. पॉप-अप में नाम और मोबाइल लिखें और बनने तक पेज खुला रखें।
- Get the papers the report listsरिपोर्ट में बताए काग़ज़ लाएँ Each gap or flag names the paper that closes it and where to ask. Add them and build again. हर अंतराल या आपत्ति बताती है कि कौन-सा काग़ज़ उसे पूरा करेगा और कहाँ मिलेगा। उन्हें जोड़कर फिर बनाएँ।
- For a team-signed history, tap WhatsApp on the reportटीम-हस्ताक्षरित इतिहास के लिए रिपोर्ट पर WhatsApp दबाएँ A person checks the papers and records their name and date. एक व्यक्ति काग़ज़ जाँचता है और अपना नाम व तारीख़ दर्ज करता है।
