Connectivity claims sell land. They are also the easiest claims to check, because roads and railway lines either carry traffic today or they do not. This is the connectivity picture for Khatu Shyam Ji, separated into what exists and what is proposed.
Operational today
- Ringas Junction (RGS) — on the Jaipur–Sikar line in Sikar district, electrified, three platforms, and a designated model station. This is the working railhead, and it is genuinely operational, not proposed.
- Road from Jaipur — the Jaipur–Sikar axis via Chomu and Ringas, roughly 80 km to the temple town. Pilgrims complete the final stretch from Ringas, about 17 km, by road.
- Jaipur International Airport — the practical air gateway, on the far side of Jaipur city.
That is the whole of the operational list, and it is not a small list. A functioning electrified junction and a road axis to a state capital is real infrastructure. What it is not, yet, is a station at the temple town.
Sanctioned but not operational
The Ringas–Khatushyamji line — reported at 17.49 km, sanctioned at about ₹254.06 crore, with acquisition notified across ten villages and repeatedly contested — and, on 22 June 2026, a ministerial site inspection for the Khatu Shyamji–Sundarpura station. Proposed
The Kotputli–Kishangarh greenfield expressway. Reported as a roughly 181 km six-lane corridor running from the NH-48/NH-448 junction at Kishangarh to Paniyala on NH-148B at Kotputli, with a reported land requirement of around 1,679 hectares, and ₹4,938 crore in state loan funding approved for land acquisition in May 2026. The reported route lists Khatu Shyamji, Ringas, Palsana and Renwal alongside Naraina, Dudu, Rupangarh, Nawa, Kuchaman and Makrana.
If that alignment holds, it is the single link that ties this zone to our core Phulera–Sambhar–Naraina–Rupangarh belt. It is also, at this stage, reported and proposed. Alignments move until they are notified under the National Highways Act, and a Section 3A notification is the point at which "the expressway comes through here" stops being a claim and becomes a legal fact about named land.
Onward rail from Khatushyamji towards Salasar and Sujangarh has been discussed at DPR stage — earlier still.
The distinction that saves money
An access-controlled expressway helps land near an interchange. Land in the middle of a sealed stretch may gain very little and can lose a strip to acquisition. So the useful question is never "does the road pass near this village" — it is "where are the entry and exit points, and how far is this parcel from one".
Nobody selling land on a proposed alignment will volunteer the interchange locations, because on most alignments most land is not near one.

Before you price anything on connectivity
Establish the stage, then establish the distance to an actual access point, then check the parcel itself — jamabandi, Bhu-Naksha, girdawari, mutation chain, encumbrance and recorded access. Connectivity changes how people arrive. It does not change title, water or soil, and those are what you are actually buying.
